Alfajores

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup cornstarch
• 1 cup dulce de leche
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1. Mix flour
2. cornstarch
3. sugar
4. butter
5. and egg yolks into a soft dough
6. Chill the dough
7. Roll and cut into small circles
8. Bake until lightly golden
9. Fill with dulce de leche and sandwich the cookies together
